Kured.

I grew up in South Africa and now live in the UK. I've always enjoyed biltong, and these days I experiment with making my own.

Outside of that, I enjoy hiking with my wife and our corgi, Bryn. Biltong usually comes along too.

The experiments

For each experiment, I record the ingredients, preparation, photographs and measurements. I compare the results and note anything I would change for the next batch.

Further ahead

I would eventually like to make biltong under the Kured name. For now, I am concentrating on the experiments and sharing what I learn.
